Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we won't be able to assist you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any defect which includes marks, stains, damage or distinct smells on the items which suggest they have been worn, will mean that a return is not accepted.
If you need to return an item, please contact us via Instagram or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving the item with your order number and reason for return. We will then send you an email or message detailing the returns process.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Original POP!
We DO NOT offer refunds, returns or exchanges on products that are not damaged/faulty or incorrect. If you have selected the incorrect shade, we will not be able to refund or exchange the product. Please ensure you select the correct shade before checkout. You can contact us via Instagram or WhatsAp before making a purchase should you require assistance with shade matching.
No returns will be accepted without notice!
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale and discount led items cannot be refunded.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
Exchanges (if applicable)
All exchanges are subject to availability. If you need to exchange an item, send us aDM on Instagram or WhatsApp with your order number. We will then send you an email or message detailing the exchange process.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. No exchanges/refunds on hijabs and accessories.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an an expensive order you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations can be made within 24 hours provided the order has not been dispatched within this time. Any cancellations made after an order has been dispatched will not be accepted.
For custom made orders, we cannot accept any cancellations, refunds or exchange once the order has been submitted to the production team. As these orders are made to specification we cannot accept any refunds and we have a strict non return policy for these.
